SMAUG THE IMPENETRABLE

Smaug is a black-red deck built on treasure ramp and dragons that punish the table for letting you resolve anything. It ramps far above curve, then drops threats several turns before anyone can answer them.

Treasure is the engine. Magda, Brazen Outlaw and Professional Face-Breaker turn small triggers into real mana, Goldspan Dragon doubles it, and Mayhem Devil turns every token you crack into damage. Jeska's Will and Dark Ritual give you explosive turns out of nowhere.

Terror of the Peaks converts every dragon you play into direct damage, Hellkite Courser cheats the expensive ones into play, and Smaug the Magnificent closes games on its own. Wheel of Fortune refills, Blasphemous Act resets a board you're already ahead of, and there's an Underworld Breach line when you want to end it early.
