Scion of the Ur-Dragon (Prismari Storm) cEDH MTG Proxy Commander Deck

SCION OF THE UR-DRAGON - PRISMARI STORM

Pay two mana and your commander becomes a storm engine.

This is a five-color cEDH deck that happens to be led by a Dragon. Scion of
the Ur-Dragon is a five-mana toolbox: for two more, he becomes any Dragon in
the library, so the list only needs three. Prismari, the Inspiration gives
every instant and sorcery storm. Ancient Copper Dragon turns a connecting
attack into a d20 worth of Treasure. Korvold, Fae-Cursed King turns the
board into cards. The rest of the deck is a tournament Breach-storm shell,
and the commander is the part that makes it a Dragon deck.

The fastest win is the cleanest one in the format. Thassa's Oracle into
Demonic Consultation or Tainted Pact exiles the library and wins on the
trigger. Demonic Tutor, Vampiric Tutor, Imperial Seal, Mystical Tutor,
Enlightened Tutor, Intuition, Gamble and Beseech the Mirror mean most hands
can find it by turn three.

The second win is Underworld Breach with Lion's Eye Diamond. LED escapes for
three mana over and over, and Brain Freeze storm-mills every opponent, or
mills you into the Oracle line. Sevinne's Reclamation and Noxious Revival
rebuy pieces if someone interacts mid-loop.

When both are answered, Scion does it himself. Five mana for the commander,
two more to become Prismari, and suddenly Dark Ritual, Cabal Ritual,
Manamorphose and every cantrip carry storm. Brain Freeze at a real storm
count ends the game, and Storm-Kiln Artist turns every copy into a Treasure
along the way. Rhystic Study, Mystic Remora and Esper Sentinel tax the table
from turn one, Necropotence refills the hand outright, and Final Fortune is
the all-in extra turn when the deck is one card short.

Underneath it is a full cEDH shell - Force of Will, Force of Negation, Pact
of Negation, Flusterstorm, Mental Misstep and Mindbreak Trap to protect the
turn, Silence and Orim's Chant to stop someone else's, Mana Vault, Chrome
Mox, Mox Diamond, Lotus Petal and Ancient Tomb to go fast, and Opposition
Agent and Orcish Bowmasters to punish everyone else's tutors and draws. The
mana base is all ten original dual lands over a full fetch suite.
